I have already posted few words about main possible obstacles of weight loss plan and something about alcohol in particular. Now I will try to say something more about other temptations which will be SWEETS.

Ever thought a diet could change your life? For the better? Sure!
South Beach Diet gave me something that I’ve lost. Self confidence. When I look into the mirror I see a young attractive women. I’m no longer fat! Well, maybe I’m not to slim but at least I’m not that fat as in November 2007. What a disaster I was!
Now I can wear a dress and feel sexy! Only my husband is sad because my breasts are smaller

Maybe it is little off topic, but I just wanted to share some observation with you. I recently learned that both in normal life and in big business exaggeration can be bad in both ways. And why having a long term goals and different phases of diet is so important.
