How did South Beach Diet change my life?

South Beach Diet gave me something that I’ve lost. Self confidence. When I look into the mirror I see a young attractive women. I’m no longer fat! Well, maybe I’m not to slim but at least I’m not that fat as in November 2007. What a disaster I was! ;-) Now I can wear a dress and feel sexy! Only my husband is sad because my breasts are smaller ;) But I have much more choice to find some nice lingerie :)

I choose my food wisely. OK, I do spent more time doing shopping - I read the labels. I try not to buy products that contain sugar and as little chemistry as possibly. But if you find products that agree with South Beach Diet you’ll keep to them and find them easily during next shopping. I also thing a day before what I’ll eat. When you plan your meals you know at what time should you eat.

I bake my own bread. If you have trusted bakery you can ask you baker what are the ingredients in bread that you’re buying. But I like my own bread better. It’s not that hard to bake a whole wheat bread. I’ll post later some recipes.

People pay me compliments! It’s so nice to hear that I look so slim! I could smile all day long :)
