Diet during pregnancy

As you all know I’m pregnant. Today began my 6th week and I felt my first morning sickness. I couldn’t eat my brekfast and my beloved decaf coffee turned me away. But I still keep to the rules and to the 3rd phase. I feel it’s good and healthy for my and my baby. I know I’ll be gaining weight but I want to do this wisely and gain only what is necessery for the baby, not more. I’m sure, I’ll have some cravings. Yesterday I had ice cream
But I’m still thinking what accords with the rules.
