Welcome to our first post at the Successful Diet Plan blog. If you got here looking for a “human-tested” diet you found it. All receipes and rules here are strictly tested… on me and my wife. After 6 weeks we have lost 28 lbs (me) and 15 lbs (my wife - Margaret). We didn’t spend fortune and we both feel great. So check all this out.

Our fight with not wanted pounds continues everyday. We enjoy it’s results more and more - so we wish to share with you for free with our weight loss secrets.
