Diet recipe: Asian style soup

Asian style soup

Second phase recipe
List of ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 carrots (one whole and one cut in stripes)
- 1 root celery
- 1 root parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 napa cabbage
- 5 dried wood ear mushrooms, cooked and cuted in slices
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of dry ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (hot!)
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 3 tbs chopped spring onion
- salt, black pepper
- 2 dry bey leaves
- 4 dry allspice fruits
Make a stock from chicken, 1 whole carrot, celery, parsley, onion, garlic, bay leaves, allspice, salt and pepper. Cook it in 4 litres of water for about 2 hours. Take out meat and veggies. Cut meat in cubes. Strain the stock and set on low heat. Add cabbage, cuted carrot and mushrooms. Cook for about 3-4 min. Add meat, spring onion, soy sayce, cayenne pepper, dry ginger, sesame oil and salt (if necessary). Cook for 1 min and serve.
