Stir-fry with chicken and veggies

List of ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 3 zucchinis – about 1,3-1,5 lbs, cut into thin stripes
- 1 big carrot, cut into thin stripes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tbs of sambal ulek sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- salt
- 2 cups of brown rice, cooked
Preheat the wok before you put oil in in. You can use also a large frying pan if you don’t have a wok. Add olive oil, heat about 30 sec. Add chicken and stir fry, stirring for about 4 min. Add soy sauce and sambal and stir fry for 1 min. Add onnion and cook 1 min. Add carrot and stir fry for about 3 min. Add zucchinis and stir fry 2 min. Finally add sesame oil. Serve with rice.
