<p><em>List of ingredients:</em></p>
<blockquote><ul>
<li>1 cup of oats (remeber NOT to use instatn oats because they have higher GI value)</li>
<li>2 1/2 cups of low fat milk</li>
<li>1 apple cut in cubes</li>
<li>6 dry apricots cut in stripes</li>
<li>handful of almond flakes</li>
<li>1/2 tsp cinnamon</li>
<li>pinch of salt, sweetener</li>
</ul>
</blockquote>
<p>Put all the ingridients in a pot, bring it to boil and simmer about 10-15 min.</p>
