Ever thought a diet could change your life? For the better? Sure!
South Beach Diet gave me something that I’ve lost. Self confidence. When I look into the mirror I see a young attractive women. I’m no longer fat! Well, maybe I’m not to slim but at least I’m not that fat as in November 2007. What a disaster I was!

But…

This is our first post at an “old-new” blog. We encountered a serious problem with server last time, and for sometime the whole blog went down. So we have to do everything form the scratch. But there are two pros:
- this time we will make it all better,
- we don’t have to start losing weight from the beginning.
So we hope you will join us here and use our story for your own good. See you soon again.
