Stir-fry with chicken and veggies

List of ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 3 zucchinis – about 1,3-1,5 lbs, cut into thin stripes
- 1 big carrot, cut into thin stripes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tbs of sambal ulek sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- salt
- 2 cups of brown rice, cooked

As you all know I’m pregnant. Today began my 6th week and I felt my first morning sickness. I couldn’t eat my brekfast and my beloved decaf coffee turned me away. But I still keep to the rules and to the 3rd phase. I feel it’s good and healthy for my and my baby. Zucchini and chicken casserole

List of ingredients:
- 3 zucchinis – about 1,5lbs
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, minced
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4,5oz grated low-fat cheese
- salt, black pepper
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sambal ulek sauce
- 1 cup of tomato paste
- fresh herbs: oregano, basil, thyme, chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
Wash and peal the zucchinis, cut in 1 cm slices. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer zucchinis, season with salt, black pepper and half of chopped herbs.…

Tuna with cottage cheese

List of ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese – 8 oz
- 1 can light tuna, drained – 6,5 oz
- 2 tbs of low-fat yoghurt
- 2 tbs of choped spring onion
- 1 tbs of tomato paste
- salt, black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients adding salt and pepper. Tuna cottage cheese is ready to serve.

Double bean with chili and tomato sauce

List of ingredients:
- 1 can of red bean, undrained
- 1 can of white bean, drained
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 7 oz of tomato paste
- 1 tsp of sambal ulek (you can also use 1 red chilli, fine chopped)
- 1/ 4 tsp of powdered cayenne pepper
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tbs of olive oil

White cheese

List of ingredients:
- 9 oz of white cheese
- 2 tbs of low-fat yoghurt
- 2 tbs of chopped spring onion
- salt, black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients adding salt and pepper. Serve white cheese with fresh tomato or cucumber. If you eat it for breakfast you’ll be satiated for 2-3 hours
