List of ingredients:

  • 3 zucchinis – about 1,5lbs
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, minced
  • 1 big onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4,5oz grated low-fat cheese
  • salt, black pepper
  • 1 tbs of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sambal ulek sauce
  • 1 cup of tomato paste
  • fresh herbs: oregano, basil, thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Wash and peal the zucchinis, cut in 1 cm slices. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.  Layer zucchinis, season with salt, black pepper and half of chopped herbs.…

List of ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese – 8 oz
  • 1 can light tuna, drained – 6,5 oz
  • 2 tbs of low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbs of choped spring onion
  • 1 tbs of tomato paste
  • salt, black pepper

Mix all of the ingredients adding salt and pepper. Tuna cottage cheese is ready to serve.

List of ingredients:

  • 9 oz of white cheese
  • 2 tbs of low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tbs of chopped spring onion
  • salt, black pepper

Mix all of the ingredients adding salt and pepper. Serve white cheese with fresh tomato or cucumber. If you eat it for breakfast you’ll be satiated for 2-3 hours :)
