Diet recipe: Oatmeal with applepie taste

Oatmeal with applepie taste

List of ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats (remeber NOT to use instatn oats because they have higher GI value)
  • 2 1/2 cups of low fat milk
  • 1 apple cut in cubes
  • 6 dry apricots cut in stripes
  • handful of almond flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt, sweetener

Put all the ingridients in a pot, bring it to boil and simmer about 10-15 min.
