As you all know I’m pregnant. Today began my 6th week and I felt my first morning sickness. I couldn’t eat my brekfast and my beloved decaf coffee turned me away. I’ve found South Beach Diet after searching for a low glycemic index (’GI’) diet plan. It was what a doctor told me about, that this type of diet seems to work well. I decided to give it a try.
The glycemic index is a certain number that show how much glucose in blood is produced after a specific type of meal. The glucose itself has GI=100. GI is considered low if less than 55.

Second phase recipe
List of ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 carrots (one whole and one cut in stripes)
- 1 root celery
- 1 root parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 napa cabbage
- 5 dried wood ear mushrooms, cooked and cuted in slices
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of dry ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (hot!)
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 3 tbs chopped spring onion
- salt, black pepper
- 2 dry bey leaves

This is our first post at an “old-new” blog. We encountered a serious problem with server last time, and for sometime the whole blog went down. So we have to do everything form the scratch. But there are two pros:
